Design:

A silvery creature with six arms that sometimes originate from the shoulders, and sometimes from the elbows. It has two pairs of horns and, literally, a hollow head. In the center of that hollow, surrounded by teeth, peers a single non-functional eye. It has three mouths—one on the right, two on the left—and three actual eyes—two on the right, one on the left. It has a blade for a left “foot.”
